[VT-55] - Support Add-in launch into specific area of document

[VT-8] - Add-in gracefully handles Excel and pdf types

[VT-19] - Implement global exception catcher for add-ins

[VT-21] - Add-in should be hidden by default

[VT-145] - PDF requires a different structure view in add-in

[VT-159] - Change Size metric in Add-In to be Number of Words

The following bugs have been fixed for this release:

[VT-20] - Doc set always goes to italics after save in add-in

[VT-58] - error refreshing doc set in add-in after multiple saves

[VT-59] - Refresh of doc set does not update locally modified docs

[VT-60] - Save Doc to VT does not correctly refresh analysis after save

[VT-61] - Refresh doc set to renamed doc set casuses svn error and looses local changes

[VT-62] - Save to VT from Addin always overwrites server version

[VT-120] - Term/heading navigation doesn't work for Documents with Track Changes and deleted paragraphs when review markup not visible, inline

[VT-122] - Comments are incorrectly analysed in Word 2003

[VT-209] - Signing out crashes the add-in

[VT-211] - Instance grid not being populated after document saved

[VT-212] - Clicking on term in discovery view seems to load instance grid multiple times

[VT-219] - Instance grid stops working after document save

[VT-220] - Doc Still showing as having remote changes even after doc set is refreshed after save

[VT-223] - When signing in from a proxy doc the progress screen goes away too early

[VT-224] - VisibleThread AddIns do not startup correctly when add-in started up in offline mode
