This two-day course is designed for team members responsible for auditing and control of effective process across organizations. Project and program managers will gain hands-on experience tailoring effective Best Practices for their organizations, and applying them across the Enterprise. At the end of this course, you’ll know how to customize Best Practice for all aspects and artifacts of the project lifecyle.
