Previously, Chris was the SES for GSA AAS Defense (formerly FEDSIM). Chris’s organization managed over $75B in contracts. Chris is a frequent speaker at conferences and panels on the subjects of federal acquisition, non-traditional authorities (e.g.,g SBIR, CSOs, SBIR), and the future of acquisition in the new Administration. Chris was recognized as one of the “FED100” by Federal Computer Week. Chris was GSA’s first Acquisition Innovation Advocate.
