When 86.6% of Medicare documentation is not accessible to the 65s and over, it’s time to ask: How can we make healthcare communications more understandable and improve member experience?
The biggest obstacles to plain communication are often compliance and legal language. But they needn’t be!
On our November 21st webinar, we were joined by Professor Trudeau. He is a recognized expert on clear legal communication, informed consent, and health literacy. He is actively involved in transforming how healthcare organizations communicate with their audience. And, he will share his tips on how to make legal copy accessible to all.
