New in VisibleThread: Tracked Opportunities gets its own Kanban board
One GovCon proposal AI system, across the full capture-to-submission lifecycle
We’ve closed that gap. Tracked Opportunities now gets its own Kanban board, working the same way your proposal board already does, and both sit on one system of record underneath.
That shared foundation is the point. An opportunity moves from capture into proposals without anyone re-keying it. The pipeline runs from first signal through submission, tied together, so BD and Capture stop working blind to what Proposals sees.
The stages are yours
Your BD pipeline probably doesn’t use the words “new” and “done.” It uses whatever your CRM uses: prospect interest, active discussion, consensus on value.
So the stages are yours to set. We ship four defaults, New, Qualifying, Pursuing, Decision. You go into pipeline stages, rename them, reorder them, add your own, and the board updates to match. A proposal team lives in red team and pink team. A capture lead lives in prospect interest and pursuing. Same tool, different perspective, because a pipeline stage means something different depending on where you sit.
Three views over the same tracked set
The board is one way to see your opportunities. There are three, and you switch between them without leaving the page.
Kanban board gives you the pipeline at a glance, alignment score and due date on every card.
List view gives you the full set with source, buyer, and stage in one scan, so US and UK opportunities line up side by side.
Best Fit view automates RFP prioritization by ranking opportunities by alignment score, so an 80/100 sorts above the 30s before you commit capture hours to the wrong pursuit.
And you can export any of it to CSV.
Every source, one place
The board pulls opportunities from SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, and UK Find a Tender, and you can add your own at any time. US and UK feeds, tracked together, ranked by fit.
Part of a steady cadence
This is one release in a long line of them, with more already coming. The pattern is deliberate: rules-based, deterministic logic where you need proof, generative AI where you need a head start. In practice, that means alignment scoring and pipeline tracking run on deterministic logic ; no hallucinations, auditable results , while generative AI accelerates drafting and compliance shredding. Tracked Opportunities is the deterministic backbone, a reliable system of record that shows you exactly where every pursuit stands.
Rules where you need proof. AI where you need a head start.
VisibleThread is a GovCon proposal AI platform that tracks opportunities, scores alignment, and moves pursuits from first signal to submission without re-keying data.
