A Proven Track Record in GovCon
Tim joins VisibleThread with an incredible pedigree in the Government Contracting (GovCon) space. With over 25 years of experience, he is a recognized industry leader who deeply understands the friction points and high stakes involved in the RFP process.
Most recently, Tim spent a significant portion of his career at Deltek, where he was instrumental in shaping the direction of the GovWin product suite. Our Chief Product Officer (CPO), Fergal McGovern, who worked alongside Tim over a decade ago, shared his excitement:

- Driving New Capabilities: Enhancing support for Business Development (BD), Capture, Proposal Development, Contract Management, and Program Management teams.
- Executing the AI Roadmap: Partnering with our CPO and Engineering leaders to define and launch our RFP AI SaaS offerings, ensuring our go-to-market strategy is as robust as the tech itself.
- Expanding Market Reach: Leading the scoping and delivery of features that allow VisibleThread to tap into new, high-growth market spaces.
- Data-Driven Value: Focusing on product extensions and data feeds that provide actionable intelligence for BD and Capture stakeholders in our focus markets.
