With nearly two decades of winning proposal experience and two years as Procurement Specialist for a $500 million SPLOST Capital Improvement Program outside of Atlanta, Meredith is founder and principal of Spire Creative Solutions. She brings a unique perspective. Not only has she responded to RFPs on behalf of prospective vendors, she has also sat on the other side of the table and developed RFP documents, conducted pre-proposal conferences, facilitated the selection committees, moderated short-list interviews, and provided proposal debrief meetings.
