It supports proposal reviews, reduces the risk of non-compliant submissions, and helps ensure that the final response is complete and aligned with the customer’s requirements. In some organisations, a simplified version may be referred to as a Compliance Checklist, although a Compliance Matrix typically provides more detailed tracking and management information.
