The minimum requirements that suppliers must meet to participate in a procurement under the UK Procurement Act 2023. Conditions of Participation are used to assess a supplier’s legal, financial, and technical capability to perform the contract and may include requirements relating to economic and financial standing, technical ability, qualifications, experience, or other proportionate criteria relevant to the procurement.
