Also commonly known as a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), a Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA) is frequently used during business development, market engagement, capture activities, teaming discussions, due diligence, and bid or proposal preparation. It defines what information is confidential, the obligations of the receiving party, permitted uses of the information, and the circumstances under which disclosure is allowed.
