A feature or benefit that sets a bidder's solution apart from competitors, either positively or negatively.

A characteristic, capability, feature, or benefit that differentiates a bidder’s solution from competing offerings. A discriminator may be positive, providing a competitive advantage, or negative, placing the bidder at a competitive disadvantage from the customer’s perspective.
