An electronic procurement tool used under the UK Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) to establish an always-open list of suppliers for commonly purchased goods, services, or works. Suppliers meeting the selection criteria could join at any time and compete for individual contract opportunities. Under the Procurement Act 2023, the DPS has been replaced by the Dynamic Market.
