The agency acquisition regulation issued by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to supplement the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) provides GSA-specific policies, procedures, solicitation provisions, and contract clauses that apply to acquisitions conducted by the agency. It addresses topics unique to GSA programs, such as the Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) program, real property, technology acquisitions, and other agency-specific procurement requirements. The GSAR is codified in 48 CFR Chapter 5 and must be used in conjunction with the FAR when conducting GSA procurements.
