Government-to-Government (G2G)

An arrangement conducted directly between two national governments, often for defence, security, or infrastructure procurement.

An arrangement or transaction conducted directly between the governments of two countries, often for the procurement of defence equipment, security capabilities, infrastructure, technical assistance, or other public sector goods and services. G2G arrangements may involve state-owned enterprises or government agencies acting on behalf of their respective governments.
