(U.S. Government contracting) The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) programme of government-wide, multiple-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for commercial products and services. MAS contracts establish pre-negotiated pricing, terms, and conditions, allowing eligible federal agencies—and, for certain programmes, state and local governments—to place orders without conducting a full standalone procurement, while still complying with the applicable ordering procedures.
