Murder Board

A deliberately tough mock review or rehearsal where reviewers challenge a bid or presentation to simulate the customer's scrutiny; also called a Challenge Review.

An informal, deliberately challenging mock review or rehearsal in which reviewers rigorously question and critique a bid team, proposal, or presentation to simulate the scrutiny expected from the customer or evaluation panel. Murder Boards are commonly used to prepare for oral presentations, executive reviews, or high-stakes customer meetings. Many organisations now use alternative terms such as Challenge Review, Mock Evaluation, or Presentation Rehearsal.
