The principal UK regulations that governed the award of most above-threshold public contracts for goods, services, and works in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. The Regulations set out the procedures, advertising requirements, evaluation rules, remedies, and standstill requirements for public procurement. For procurements commenced on or after 24 February 2025, they have largely been replaced by the Procurement Act 2023 and associated regulations.
