A subcontract awarded under a Qualifying Defence Contract (QDC) or another qualifying subcontract that meets the criteria set out in the Single Source Contract Regulations (SSCR). A QSC is subject to statutory requirements for pricing, allowable costs, reporting, and other obligations under the SSCR.
