A standard supplier selection questionnaire formerly used in UK public procurement under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015). Suppliers completed the SQ to provide organisational information and self-declare their eligibility, including exclusion grounds and evidence of financial standing, technical and professional capability, and relevant experience. Under the Procurement Act 2023, the SQ has largely been replaced by the Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) and Conditions of Participation (CoP)
