Standard Forms (SFs) are identified by the prefix SF followed by a form number (for example, SF 33, SF 1449, or SF 30) and are used for activities such as contract awards, contract modifications, solicitations, certifications, and other official government transactions. Using standardized forms promotes consistency, compliance, and efficient processing across federal agencies and contractors.
