Kyle is the VP of Customer Success at VisibleThread for over 2 years. He is a solutions-driven professional with a focus on deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and commercial challenges. He works closely with customers to help improve the efficiency, clarity, and compliance of RFPs, contracts, and mission-critical business writing with quantifiable metrics.

Eoin has been with VisibleThread for more than 11 years. He is responsible for the engineering and support functions in VisibleThread. This includes product architecture, user interaction design, release planning and coordination, customer implementation, and delivery. VisibleThread provides document and web content analysis solutions. Our solutions allow users to slice through documents and web content and highlight content issues such as quality issues, and complex or risky language.

As the Senior Vice President, Strategic Services at Shipley Associates, Amy helps clients win business and build strong teams. She has 15+ years of experience in business development, organizational strategy, market positioning, and proposal management across various industries and sectors. She is also a certified APMP Professional, demonstrating knowledge and skills in bid and proposal best practices.

Anatalia is the Director of Proposals Operations at Excella. She is an award-winning Certified Practitioner, with a 20-year successful career in writing/editing, fortified by 14 years in business development and a decade in management. Anatalia was honored as a member of APMP’s ’40 Under 40’ Class of 2020 and recognized as a ‘Technology Rising Star’ by STEM Women of Color in 2022, reflecting on her exceptional skills in process development, interdepartmental coordination, and communication.

As a successful Capture Manager at Amazon Web Services, Erin is responsible with identifying and pursuing opportunities for AWS to provide solutions to state and local governments. She ensures that AWS stays up to date with industry trends and technologies while building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Erin has been a Member Board of Director for three years where she dedicates her time to supporting APMP’s global expansion.

With over 10 years of experience, Laura is an esteemed Senior Proposal Manager at Leidos leading a team of five skilled proposal writers. She has experience as a proposal writer in Federal, State, Local and Global Commercial proposals. She serves as a trusted mentor and leader. Laura provides guidance on proposals during weekly meetings. She ensures adherence to standard operating procedures and shares her expertise on process, writing techniques, and style guides.
