A key performance indicator (KPI) measuring the percentage of completed bids or proposals that result in contract awards. Win Rate is calculated using only opportunities with a known outcome; outstanding bids are excluded. Also known as Hit Rate, Success Rate, or, in some organisations, Conversion Rate.
