Helen Portillo-Castro

Helen has a background in delivering experiential learning programs and publishing for federal government agencies. Helen was the supervising editor for the first digital edition of the Australian Government Style Manual. Prior to joining Ethos CRS in 2021, Helen worked on information governance and integrating a specialist digital preservation system at the National Archives of Australia. As a researcher at the Parliamentary Library, she produced advice on a range of topics for former prime ministers, federal members of Parliament, and parliamentary inquiries. Helen is also a trained mediator and conflict coach.
