Emily’s main responsibility as a Customer Success Manager is to partner with customers and make sure they are receiving as much value as possible from VisibleThread. Her daily role focuses on building strong relationships with her customers, listening to their needs and acting as a trusted advisor. She also acts as a customer advocate internally and collaborates closely with teams like Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
